Key Motorhome Facts
-Maker/Model: Sea Breeze
-Length: 21 Foot
-Engine: 3.0L V6
Since we have purchased a new Travel Trailer, we are now Selling our 1991 Sea Breeze (Toyota) Model 400 Motorhome that we purchased from Manteca Trailer — Manteca, CA on 9/12/2014.
We are Non-Smokers and are only the Second Owners of this fine RV which has just now reached the 19,000 Original Miles mark on the odometer. We have never driven it hard – followed the posted speed limits everywhere we went with it as we do with all our vehicles.
These sought after Toyota-based Mini Motorhomes are true Classics as any member in the Toyota Motorhome Club on Facebook or The Toyota Campers at Yahoo Groups can tell you. Toyota quit supplying RV builders with their 1-ton cab & chassis units in 1994, so these units, especially those in great condition like this one, are very rare now and sell very quickly.
This motorhome is offered at $17,000 and it is in Excellent Mechanical and Physical Condition. It will serve well for many years to come – that being said, it is still For Sale “As-Is” so the buyer(s) should look it over carefully to see if it is a perfect fit to their needs before buying it. I am sure they will be perfectly happy with the purchase of this fine, truly classic vehicle.

The most significant work done on this vehicle was to replace all of the critical rubber parts under the hood, regardless of the mileage — simply due to its age of 23 years at the time of purchase. For this reason alone, as a Proactive Measure, we had the Timing Belt, all Accessory Belts, all Hoses and (because the mechanic was so deep into the engine) the Water Pump replaced at 16,449 mi. The work was performed on 9/16/2014 by Valvoline Express Care — Antioch, CA for $1,220.79.
