Up for sale I have a 1986 Toyota Conquest motorhome by Gulfstream. Similar to the Toyota Dolphin, Warrior, Itasca and Sunrader. This RV has been completely redone on the inside and out many new parts under the hood as well. It has 98xxx on the odometer and is ready for her next adventure. Coming in at just 21 feet this tiny home on wheels is easy to park anywhere and has just enough space to have everything you need. It passes smog no problem and is California registered until September 2018.
There is room to sleep 2-4, 2 on the bed above the cab, the dining table comes down to another bed and the bench seat can double as another bed although it is shorter. All in good working order: 4 burner stove, oven, kitchen sink, propane or electric controlled refrigerator, toilet, shower, hot water and house heat run on propane. There is a good sized fresh water tank (and a spot to hook up to city water) and black and gray holding tanks.
This is the 4 cylinder model 22re EFI engine and with that in mind I disconnected the AC in the front to have more power going up hills. The AC unit for the cab is included but not currently connected. There is no air conditioning for the back but there are two vents on the top where you could install a unit if you are so inclined. Personally I have found that keeping the dark colored curtains closed on a hot sunny day keeps the inside fairly cool as well as having a full tin roof. The tin roof has been excellent for keeping cool but is also great for keeping dry. No leaks anywhere on this mini motor home.
There is a 140 watt solar panel installed on the roof and connected to a solar controller and a deep cycle 12 volt battery. The inverter is mounted for easy access below the bench seat. There is plenty of storage with cabinets along the ceiling, storage cabinet above the fridge, large closet space behind the mirrors and four drawers, also room under the seats in the back for extra storage. I have put in a lot of work renovating this Toyota but have not gotten to everything.
Here’s what could still use work: the bathroom does not have a sink (although the kitchen sink is next to the bathroom door) and has exposed pipe on the floor behind the toilet. The original faucet in the bathroom works the shower but just looks a little out of place with no sink below it. The HVAC system all works but could probably use a cleaning from a professional. Also the monitor in the kitchen does not read the levels for your water tanks, but the battery monitor does function.
Here is everything that has been recently replaced/renovated: new alternator and belt, new air filter, new radiator and hoses, new O2 sensor, and new catalytic converter for under the hood. I also replaced the gray and black water tank release valves. All new screens in all the windows and door. Fresh paint inside and out, new cushions for the bed above the cab and all the seating, new flooring in the back and new carpet in the cab (no 30 year old shag!!). New seat covers for the front.
All the cabinets have been redone, along with the built in around the stove and all the seating in the back with quality materials and craftsmanship. All the updates really give this Toyota mini a modern look and feel, you would hardly remember you are in a 30 year old RV. I am asking 10,500 or best offer for this completely refurbished Toyota miniature motor home. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to set up a time to come check it out.
